The MonoStar™ Pharma labeler is a high-speed labeling machine designed for specific diagnostic and pharmaceutical applications. Unique to the packaging industry, the Capmatic MonoStar™ Pharma features an automatic continuous motion to apply partial or total wrap-around pressure-sensitive labels onto an unstable container, such as vials, ampules, or syringes, at high speeds. To handle awkward products, the MonoStar™ Pharma can be configured with infeed and outfeed trays that gently load and gather the containers before and after labeling.

The MonoStar™ Pharma labeler is ideal for labeling unstable containers or products. The system can be configured with infeed and outfeed trays that gently load and gather the containers before and after labeling. The Faulty Label Reconciliation System (FLRS) unit is designed with Track & Trace capability for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and biotech applications which require the removal of faulty labels before they can be applied to the container. The labeler can be configured to be easily integrated into an existing production line. This unit offers the latest quality verification stations, such as bar code scanners, vision system inspections, OCV inspection of lot #/expiration date, label code verification and label presence sensors. All inspection failures will result in the defective container being positively rejected
FAULTY LABEL RECONCILIATION SYSTEM:
The FLRS will automatically apply faulty labels onto independent backing paper to ensure easy reconciliation of inaccurate labels and comply with Track & Trace requirements, reducing waste, as bottles will not be rejected due to a faulty label.
